RENTALS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! LIMITED RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE, PLEASE SEE FULL RESERVATION DETAILS BELOW.
Life Jacket Sizing
All rentals include the use of a life jacket! We offer the following sizes:
- 30-60 lbs or 14-27 kgs
- 60-90 lbs or 27-41 kgs
- 90+ lbs or 41+ kgs
For safety reasons, all participants must fit within this criteria. If you or another member of your party does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to proceed with our rental services or you will be required to provide your own certified life jacket.
We always STRONGLY recommend bringing life jackets for dogs as well!

PLEASE NOTE: LAST CALL FOR RENTALS IS 7PM (1HR PRIOR TO CLOSING). ALL RENTALS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CENTRE BY 8PM.

May 17th, 18th + 19th: 9am – 8pm (Victoria Day Long Weekend)
May 20th – June 30th: WEEKENDS ONLY – Saturday + Sunday 9am – 8pm
July 1st: 9am – 8pm (Canada Day Long)
July 2nd – August 29th: Weekdays 12pm – 8pm, Weekends 9am – 8pm
August 30th, 31st + September 1st: 9am – 8pm (Labor Day Weekend)
September 2nd onward: WEEKENDS ONLY – Saturday + Sunday 11am – 7pm (*last call for rentals will be 6pm)
RESERVATIONS
- Only available during the week.
- Minimum 5 or more vessels per reservation
- Minimum 3-hour rental per vessel
Paddle Safety
- Always wear your lifejacket.
- Don’t stand, move around or lean out of your boat.
- Balance your load side to side and front to back.
- Stay close to shore. Don’t go further out than you are prepared to swim.
- Beware of winds and sudden changes in weather.
- Beware of other boats and swimmers in the water.
- Paddle directly into the waves.
- If you tip over, stay with your boat.
- Don’t exceed the allowable number of people or amount of weight in the boat.
- Ensure everyone in your boat is aware of these safety precautions.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE A “RESCUE BOAT” OR RESCUE SERVICES.
Do not take valuables into the boat!
PaddleSmart: Take the essentials, training, and have a trip plan.
THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
